When a surgeon is applying the Magnetic Lasso Cutout, the Cutout line appears UNDER the other measurement lines in the image. The result is low visibility on where the active cutout is located and adds to the user confusion. While the cutout tool is active, and the shape has not yet been completed / cut, the green line should appear on top of the measurement line for better visibility to the user.
