  6. When planning within the viewer it times out after 15mins and any measurements made are lost. If you hit save after the fact it still does not save.

Would it be possible to get a pop up that asks if you are still working so it does not log you out?

  7. Please enable the CT Window preset hotkeys usable within the MPR functionality. Sometimes my CT spits out the first few slices in an incorrect window - when the study is MPR'd, it retains the inappropriate window, and I am unable to use the CT Window hotkeys within the MPR mode.

  9. Add option from Settings GUI to specify the time of day that the SQL backup run. Example, VM customer with large database would like them run at 1am. Currently to configure that we must go to the GUI and make the change to backup timeframe at 1am and set 24hours so it runs at that period.

  10. Some hospitals have their current PACS system auto route studies for interpretation based on specific accession number(s). This is done by the Accession number Tag being populated with AAA and their PACS routing rules looking for studies with the desired accession number. When there is a match, the PACS will forward the DICOM study to the desired destination.

  12. If I have 2 CTs up from 2 different dates, is there a way I can make the FOV the same? At this time the studies need to me manually set and then linked. A tool to automatically set the FOV would help avoid the manual step prior to linking.

  14. SmartPacs needs more options like eFilm or better.
    • In eFilm you can right click and see all the images as an option and click on
    the one you want.
    • In eFilm you can split patients or studies and view on the same screen
    • In eFilm the zoom was smoother, smartpacs is jerky
    • Image quality is better in eFilm

  15. Its unfortunate that SmartPACS viewer currently does not have a sorting feature to display studies. Meaning if I open up a patient's record with multiple studies they are displayed from oldest to newest on the sidebar (oldest on top) . Viewing them from newest to oldest (newest on top) is ideal and I think is what most other viewing platforms offer.

  16. A 3D Cursor button for multiplane images. In EFilm there is a r click button that locates a point in all three planes. The closest function button for this action is MPR on/off that allows 3D location on one true image and location on reconstructed images that are blurry.

  17. Although there are a few separate suggestions along these lines, I would like to impress upon you the need to expand your search and sort options to match those which are/were available in eFilm. Sorting studies by timestamp within a given day range is absolutely necessary for a big, multi-building hospital with a large imaging caseload; it is crucial for identifying studies as they are made to prevent delayed or missing paperwork from causing cases to fall through the cracks. This also allows quick and easy identification of cases done overnight by the emergency staff. Searching and sorting cases by…

  18. There should be an option to allow cine loops to autoplay by default. Cine play should also be hotkey assignable to eliminate the need to continuously click the play button for each stack.

  20. Currently exporting studies locally in JPEG format does not save the images in acquisition order. When doctors email the images to the patient owner, it looks bad that they are not listed in order.

Thank you for the feedback. This is planned for the next development cycle. At this time a work around can be to export the JPEG images from the AIS Study List. This will export the images by the Date and Time DICOM stamps.
