We recently purchased the AIS ECG system from Sound. Currently the system will only upload the results of the ECG scan if we pay and submit it for a consult. It will not allow us to review prior to submitting. This has caused a huge disruption in our workflow as the doctor on the case always reviews the ECG results prior to submitting for a consult so we can get approval from our client for cost. Please update the workflow in this system so that we can review results prior to submitting a consult. This was not specified at the time of purchase and is misleading to the capabilities of this product. Curretnly we have to use our old ECG device first and then after review use the AIS ECG system if we want to submit for a consult. This has caused issues in our workflow efficiency as well as the capability to get consistent results since we have to scan with two different devices. Please address and fix.
