The click and drag UI makes it very difficult to organize users, especially when there is a large number of users.

I have been tasked with organizing my whole hospital alphabetically and there are over 80 users. It is taking me hours to do this on both of our x-ray rooms.

I think a good solution is a option to organize based on different criteria like alphabetically or date added through an options menu that is under or beside the users in the users menu. Another solution could be to make the UI so that when I click and drag it's easier to choose when I want to navigate the users and when I want to move a user within the menu.
