It would be good if there were part of the GUI that showed the status of a clinic's cases. They could see the orders they have created, cancel ones they dont want, the status of uploads, when they are assigned to a pathologist and when reports are completed.
If a clinic sees that an order isnt uploading, they would know to call Support.
