Allow study list to be sorted by timestamp

Currently, we are only able to arrange studies by date. There is no way to arrange studies taken on the same day by timestamp. For example, if you have 40 studies taken during the day, there is no way to quickly sort these 40 studies into which have been taken most recently.

    This is a super-important thing to add for those of us who interpret all images from a hospital. I absolutely need to be on top of each study as it is created - which means sorting the study list by timestamp. It also is vital to catch all studies created by our overnight emergency service in the morning. Please add this capability ASAP.
