We were trained by SOUND to use our SOUND computer to submit requests to AIS. This would be SIGNIFICANTLY easier if we had admin privileges allowing us to:
1- Save username and password for AIS website
2- Bookmark AIS website and select the option to "view bookmarks bar" from Chrome (restricted at this time)
3- Pin Chrome to the start menu or task bar
