When a segment of an image is cut and rotated, the Viewer displays the degrees of rotation around the center of rotation.

When a TPLO or CBLO measurement is performed, the system calculates and displays the number of mm's of rotation that is required to achieve the desired final TPA.

This request is to add a User Preference setting to change the cut rotation from displaying degrees rotated to mm rotated. In the case of an advanced measurement cut i.e. (TPLO, CBLO, etc) the user can rotate the cut a given number of mm to match the final TPA calculated without using an additional measurement tool.
