Current workaround would be to do a 1-second treatment for a patient. At that point the patient and the treatment would be saved for future access.

But suggestion noted. Will review with development team to better understand scope of work.

  3. unable to select specific treatment days on calendar because only allows for set schedule. Could also be useful to just move days once set schedule is allowed.

Suggestion noted. We are planning some more robust calendar operations in future releases.

As an aside, the main reason for the pre-set prescription (e.g. Tues & Thurs for 6 treatments) is the customer-facing aspect: conveying the message that this is not a magic wand, but rather something that requires consistent follow-up.

Need to better understand what is to be considered “truth” (do changes in one place sync other places) as well as how many different calendars we are “sharing” with (doctor, horse owner, practice).

  5. End users need the ability to back up their treatment calendar in the event they need a loaner system. Currently, the calendar lives only on the local system, and is lost when a system is sent in for repair. The database backup can happen either to a local external storage device, or to a cloud based storage.

Treatment database can be transferred (and there are instructions in a KnowledgeBase article that Tech Support has access to). But the database can not be “merged”. It is an over-write.
