Add a column to indicate the modality in the study list. It would allow us to quickly find the images of a modality without doing an advanced search.

Allow study list to be sorted by timestamp
Currently, we are only able to arrange studies by date. There is no way to arrange studies taken on the same day by timestamp. For example, if you have 40 studies taken during the day, there is no way to quickly sort these 40 studies into which have been taken most recently.

We need the ability to Add multiple Annotations at one time.
It would be more efficient to add a group of custom annotations at one time instead of one line at a time.
AND, then to copy it from one radiograph to others.i.e. For OFA submissions:
Full registered name:
Registration Number:
Tattoo:
D.O.B.
Owner name:
Image date:
Hospital name
Doctor nameIt is too cumbersome to change the standard overlay information, then rebuild it after finishing with the special Overlay.
OR,
Can there be various Annotation or Overlay "templates" to toggle between?
Thank you.

Add an Autorun File to Exported DICOM Images
Add an autorun file when exporting images in DICOM format allows customers to easily view images sent to them on CD or thumb drive. The current process to open a zip file can be confusing for some referring clinics and customers.

sorting
Its unfortunate that SmartPACS viewer currently does not have a sorting feature to display studies. Meaning if I open up a patient's record with multiple studies they are displayed from oldest to newest on the sidebar (oldest on top) . Viewing them from newest to oldest (newest on top) is ideal and I think is what most other viewing platforms offer.

Must expand search and sort filters in study list
Although there are a few separate suggestions along these lines, I would like to impress upon you the need to expand your search and sort options to match those which are/were available in eFilm. Sorting studies by timestamp within a given day range is absolutely necessary for a big, multi-building hospital with a large imaging caseload; it is crucial for identifying studies as they are made to prevent delayed or missing paperwork from causing cases to fall through the cracks. This also allows quick and easy identification of cases done overnight by the emergency staff. Searching and sorting cases by…

Provide option to export cineloops (or CT series') as video, like eFilm can.
On eFilm, we could select all the images of a cineloop or a CT series and export it as an AVI video. In addition, we could also select the quality (via slider) and the FPS for the exported video.

Can our server receive images from other digital systems (ex: another hospital)?
Can our server receive images from other digital systems (ex: another hospital)? As well as send our images to other hospitals. So we can share mutual client information.
3 votesThe current SmartPACS local software is not able to send and receive images without a public static IP assigned to the local system.
You are able to share and email links to studies from our partner Cloud platform.
We will also keep this ticket open for future consideration in our next PACS software revisions.

AIS OrthoPlan - Logs out after 15mins
When planning within the viewer it times out after 15mins and any measurements made are lost. If you hit save after the fact it still does not save.
Would it be possible to get a pop up that asks if you are still working so it does not log you out?

DICOM forwarding rules based on Accession Number
Some hospitals have their current PACS system auto route studies for interpretation based on specific accession number(s). This is done by the Accession number Tag being populated with AAA and their PACS routing rules looking for studies with the desired accession number. When there is a match, the PACS will forward the DICOM study to the desired destination.
